Ref's Ficcage

It dawned on me that I had forgotten something rather vital to fanfic: the disclaimers. And going back to add disclaimers to every single fic would be rather time-consuming (when I could be writing more stories), thus I've decided to post a disclaimer for each canon and put them here in one master post. This will be very much a work in progress, so, ye legal types, please don't sue me: I'm a disabled retail wage slave and while I have some money in savings, it's not enough to cover all of you. And really, do you wanna be known as the lawyer who shakes down disabled people like a sixth grade bully picking on third graders for their lunch money??

Author's Note: Written for fic_promptly's My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, Twilight Sparkle, earning her cutie mark This is a bit of a patch-up fic: Bronies have noted the glaring absence of Shining Armor in the first season ep where TwiSpark gets her cutie mark, and so I saw this as a chance to explain it.

Also, this story is dedicated to our troops on duty abroad, and to their little brothers and sisters waiting for them at home.
