"Come on, Kazu-kun: you've a nice voice," Ukyou pleaded.
"At least when he sings opera in the shower," Oriya noted.
"If music is like religion, karaoke is a cult," Muraki said, Ukyou managing to pull him to the karaoke machine, to the approval of the other bar patrons watching.
"So what am I to sing?" Muraki whispered to her.
"That one about the moon and the stars and wondering if you're in a garden," Ukyou blushed, dropping her gaze.
He smiled, reticence fading from his good eye. "I think I know the one you mean," he said, hunting it up...
