Author's Note: Written for < lj user="fuda_100">'s "weapons". Featuring Hisoka, preparing to deal with Muraki.
He had to grow stronger, enough to fight the one who'd robbed him of life. He spent as much time as he could in the Ministry's dojo, on their shooting range. He managed to contain and command one of the most powerful shikigami, to serve as his auxiliary.
He would make himself into the best weapon of all: he learned all he could about creatures like Muraki, their habits, their weaknesses, ways to draw them in, to trap them. If it came to that, he would use himself to ensnare the predator, making Muraki the tender prey to be contained...
