Too many years had passed. She had notified the police, called on detectives, even consulted priests and ghost hunters to see if they could find a trace of his spirit. She even asked a Catholic priest to offer Masses for the grace to find her fiancée. Kazutaka would have appreciated the gesture.
But nothing came of it. Every year she visited Oriya, she got no closer to finding him. Nor did he, their mutual friend.
Till the nigh like a dream, when he appeared to her. As if he came to tell her she didn't need to hold on...
