Tsuzuki rushed into the common room of the Summons Section, wrapped in a heavy coat, mittens, scarf, stocking hat pulled over his ears.
"Gaaah, cold," he groaned, starting to unwind his wraps.
Tatsumi looked up from filling a cup from the common teapot. "You're late, Tsuzuki."
"It's cold out there! I had to pile on extra clothes to keep from freezing my ass off! It took me a few extra minutes to get ready. You got some nerve: you're in here, nice and warm!"
Tatsumi held out the cup. "I was about to say, you're just in time for tea."
